today after driver for aprox 45 min, doing a stop out at a customer for aprox 30 min, the AC kicked in all of a sudden... But after toping the fueltank the fuel "gauge/meter/tank dial" (not sure what it's called) stands at empty. It goes to full again if i stop, and turn key to position 1, then start the car, AC still works....

If the AC kicked in now isnt the "low freon" kinda out of the question then ? or can it still just be low on it and thats why it's now kicked in after not working for 1 week ???? I talked to the prev. owner of the car and he said it's been kinda weird working for last 6 months... that every now and then he had to turn AC of, then set fan speed to 3, and after a minunte or two turn AC back on and it worked...

Hope anybody can help me out a bit here....
