I did the entire DieselGiant pictorial and everything checks out except I did not hook the GPs to the battery to see if they glow.

You might have a stuck shutoff valve,or you Ignition switch maybe having a problem. Please disconnect the vacuum line from the IP shutoff valve( i know i keep repeating to do this) if you still have no fuel try to figure out if the shutoff valve is stuck, I am not sure how to verify this other than hitting it with a mallet
. I doubt if the injector pump has given up, if it has ...really bad luck. Remember keep it simple.
