I packed a medium sized socket set, some metric wrenches, crosshead screwdrivers, pliers and wire cutters. I also put in some Electrical Tape, spare wire and tire wraps. The previous owner gave me a bunch of spare filters (fuel, air & oil) with the car, but I would take or buy a set of fuel filters just in case.

My A/C was also non-operational when the car was inspected. It turned out to need a new Compressor Clutch and re-charge. Check the #5 Fuse as that feeds the Compressor & Auxilliary Water Pump as well as the ACC. If either the Compressor Clutch or Aux Water Pump have seized it will blow this fuse. I disconnected the Aux Water Pump as even after the new Clutch was fitted, the fuse still blew.
