Thanks. I'm glad you found it useful. I take so much from this forum and am happy that I can finally give something back. I took it apart because the lenses were dirty but I discovered they were actually dirty from the outside, not the inside. So it really didn't make a difference. What kind of plastic polish did you use? The outsides of mine are still dirty.
