Well, I have seen how seatbelts help and don't help. IMO, for the most part, it helps. However, I am not willing to mandate it. As I said before, the government does because we have made it responsible for our wellbeing from cradle to grave. While I wear mine, I can't see forcing someone to wear their's. When people get in my car, they can wear or not wear it. I'm not going to be the "seatbelt nazi" that will not drive till everyone is buckled in.
