Either way, it is against the law. As long as the law is there, if you get caught, STFU and take the ticket before they write more things on it. Everything is "Yes, Sir" or "No, Sir"

Why do people like to compare it and say it is not as bad as this, that or the other. You broke the law, plain and simple. You are a lawbreaker. The punishment is not as severe as DUI but it is still breaking the law. Comparing it is kinda meaningless. Robbing a 7-11 is not as bad as murder which is not as bad as serial killing which is not as bad as mass murder, etc, etc.
