I'm at a loss right now on what is the next thing to check.

The car takes off quick from start [1st gear] and then bogs down in 2nd. It seems as if not getting enough gas[diesel]. It will only change up when I lift my foot a tad.
Normal take off [ light on the pedal ] accelerates nicely. Its only when you floor it.

Any suggestions.

Could it be the valves?
