I have a beloved 300td 1985 , it had gotten hit before I owned it, and I put on new right headlight , fender bumper etc. Since I had it fixed , the following is going on. If I drive in the day without lights on it runs fine, the indoor lights and hazard ,blinkers dont work. If I drive at night with the head lights on , my instrument panel shows both green blinkers on constant, my needles for the gages bounce back and forth. When I turn car then , it will not restart with out a jump. I noticed under the hood on left side is a black plastic relay box, but not on the right , but the fender show a space for one Am I missing one ?. It was told it was the battery with a bad cell. I replaced it and still have some problem. Fuses were check and fine. Please help !!
