Yes and no.
The Bosch Distributor No. is 0 237 401 010 for each of the following engines: 116.962, 116.963, 117.962 & 117.963. Unless you have 117.963 (195 kW); then the Distributor is B 237 480 114.
For distributor No. 0 237 401 010:
The adjusting value of ignition point without vacuum is 25 deg BTDC +/- 1 deg @ 3000 rpm.
The test values of ignition timing @ idle is 13 to 19 deg (I think that is with vacuum), 11 to 15 deg without vacuum @ 1500 rpm & 25 deg without vacuum @3000 rpm.
With vacuum control, the advance at adjusting value (3000 rpm) is 15 to 17 deg.
The installation value of distributor at starter speed (without vacuum) is TDC.
For distributor No. B 237 480 114:
The adjusting value of ignition point without vacuum is 26 deg BTDC +/- 1 deg @ 5000 rpm.
The test values of ignition timing @ idle is 12 to 18 deg (I think that is with vacuum), 6 to 10 deg without vacuum @ 1500 rpm & 17 to 23 deg without vacuum @3000 rpm.
With vacuum control, the advance at adjusting value (3000 rpm) is 15 to 17 deg.
The installation value of distributor at starter speed (without vacuum) is TDC.
