I will take a picture of the valve tomorrow and post it. It was similar to a primary fuel filter and was attach to rubber vacuum hoses (both only about
3" long) by hose clamps. One to the line going up into the trunk and the tank. The other to the vent line that goes to about the trailing arm bushing.

I cannot get into the tank at the vent line (it is a solid welded piece) to force air out to tryl to clean it. I have placed a fuel cap with a small hole drilled in it to prevent the vacuum build up again. I do not know what else to do with it, yet.

I will post the picture tomorrow afternoon.
