Any standard SAE 30 or 10W 30 through 50 works.
On rare occasions I have used 90W gear oil to extend the life of very bad bushings (personal cars only).

Remove the squirrel cages to fully access your bushings, it takes time for the thicker oil to penetrate as you are lubing the bushings, (roughly five to seven minutes of exercise to work in).
