The pictures are way to close. Step back and give us an overview shot.

Looks like one of the subframe mounts gave way, probably rust related. Judging from your post I'd have it flat beded to a shop, they will know what parts to order and be able to fix it. With the subframe hanging down driving it it out of the queston, towing is probably as well. Unless its rusted real badly, in that case it might not be fixable for a sane amount of money.
