ouch, that hurts, looks like you need to replace the whole unit? Yank out the little triangular piece (sail panel, with the bose tweeter), unplug the speaker cable and other electrical harness that connected to the side mirror. Then you see the bolts holding the mirror, if my memory serves me right, there are 3 bolts. You may have to take the door panel out to unplug the harness, I cannot remember if the harness goes that deep.
