There are times when you feel sure it is the back end, because you can feel that wobble.
Usually an out-of-round tire, or in certain design cars a bent axle. It wouldn't likely be a bent axle in a mercedes though since the design is much different from single tube-axle cars.
You can probably isolate it by swapping out the spare with each tire, or if really bad by jacking up each wheel and holding an edge against the tread while you rotate the tire. Check for obvious out-of-round.
Don't necessarily trust that if its Michelin its perfect.
