That has happened to me with my 300TE. (Same engine as your car). With the engine off, and coolant cool (after it has sat for a while) remove coolant reservoir cap and squeeze the upper radiator hose. This burps the car and gets rid of air...other than that run the car with heater on at full blast...that should do it.

But try the burping first....
