BTW, I haven't been to a quick lube place in years...don't like the animal-house atmosphere with tattoo'd tech school dropouts working on my car while the 25 year old "manager" chats with his girlfriend in the parking lot...I find the whole thing offensive.

To be fair though, getting customer service anywhere is amazing...the checkout lady at Walmart won't smile, the rude teen at the McDonald's doesn't respond when I say good morning; she just stares at me while she chews her gum with her mouth hanging open. So many people have so little class and such poor manners and interpersonal skills, it makes me wonder how they expect to accomplish anything in life.
