The stop/strap on my drivers door creaks badly when opening and closing the door. I've tried greasing it, spaying inside the crevice with silicon, oiling the pivot etc, nothing solves the creaking. Appears it need to be replaced.

Appreciate advice on how to remove the door panel to gain access to this part? Its a 1994E320.
