Those adds are automatic, triggard by certain words in the thread. The content is chosen by Google. Jiffy Lube is the last place any Mercedes or high end car should be seen at.
But to the average Joe with an older Ford, no time to do anything, and who doesn't want to spend money on it. Jiffy lube has its place.
