I called and requested more info. I look at different places to move to since the housing bubble in the D.C. area is still going strong and been thinking about cashing in. My house has appreciated 70% since I built it in 2000. I am thinking if I sell the house, I still pocket at least $400K after paying off what I owe. That kind of money can live like a king in elk infested area and not have to work like I do any more. I think I will be content flipping hamburger or work in a local 7-Eleven. If they even have one there. Or occasionally drive to Reno to try out my luck at the Blackjack table.
