It is a big move and I have put some thoughts into this.
I have been divorced for 3 years and have not dated once. I live in a 5 bedroom house with my little dog. I work in any extremely stressful industry and though the money is great, I travel extensively every week. At times I wonder why I keep up with this rat race, and who is it for? I have no kids from my 15 year marriage. Heck, I don't even have any family member. I keep hearing people talk about spending more quality time at home and enjoy life, that is what got me thinking about cashing out. Move to a cheaper area, and not having to keep doing what I have been doing for the last 20 years. My ideal place would be on the beach, much like everyone's dream. But beach living is expensive. If I live in a rural area, I still can keep all my toys, probably still have a big house. Yes, I am accustomed to lots of space and don't see myself living anywhere less than 4 bedrooms (not that I need it). To achieve that, the only way is somewhere in Wyoming or Montana, or this place I am thinking about. The thoughts of walking to the stream in the evening and do a little fishing with my dog along side just getting more appealing to me everyday. Not to mention all the open space to let my SL stretch its legs
