What the '95 does have is the 4-speed transmission. Some early 210's also have the older (and IMO, better) 4-speed, but they're hard to find. The '95 also shares the 606 engine with the 210. That's a good engine.
I don't know what electrics are shared between the late 124 and the early 210. Hopefully not much, since many of the early 210 electrical parts have been updated, so one bad parts means replacing several. A new IRCL likely requires a new IFI control module, for example.
