That is correct, I have not seen the electric fan fitted to any of the US vehicles that I have worked on over the years. I am to understand that the parts catalog will only display the fan and the associated items when a European model is selected. I have seen the oil cooler fitted on certain US models; however, the first time I saw the electric fan was in your post.
