Ok, I'm trying to narrow my search a bit. Going to look at a 1991 300se with 97,000 mi. on it, and a 1986 300SD with about 120,000 mi. on it. Price is for the 1986 SD is $7000 and the SE is $12000.

Both have complete records and are well taken care of. Which would you choose?

P.S. Am I correct in assuming that the bodies are the same? I have only looked at the 89-91 SE's to this point.
