But I would think that spending as much time as he probably did with the daughter, it would get harder to look at a girl of the same age as being sexually desireable because you'd keep thinking of her as a girl.

I totally agree that Bianchi is way off base with the sexual harrassment suit. But is the husband at risk of a statutory rape charge if they had sex before she turned 18? That's what I'd be worried about if I was him.
