WIth the trans in 2, KEEP your foot PLANTED!!! It will shift just before redline if you put it to the floor. IF you have it it in kickdown (also in 2), it will shift into 2nd @ the redline. But it wont' shift out of second if you keep it in 2, you'll hit the rev limiter, so be sure and change it to 3 or D, I have forgetten to do this once or twice, and it's not fun!
