Thats cheap for that S500. My dad and I have been looking around for a perfect W140 S-Class for a year now. The last one we looked at was a 1999 S320 with 65,000 miles. It was in the same shape as yours, but has the stock Mercedes Rims. The owner (private party) wanted 24,000 for it. The other one we looked at was a 1998 S500 in almost the same condition as yours. The front lip of that car had been repainted, as it had the orangepeel look to it. That guy wanted just over 25,000 for it. So yours is an awesome deal for that price...
