I understand your hearfelt feelings about Castro, but regret your disrespect for your own profession. What kangaroo courts are you talking about? The state court in Florida that gave custody to Elian's Cuban father? What did Clinton have to do with that?

You probably resent the Clinton administration's efforts in support of Castro's side of the Elian dispute, but I don't recall any reason to assume that the Florida court did not act in good faith.

I also don't get this part:Didn't the appeals court rule in the parents' favor? All you have is a trial court making a difficult decision about whether to let a child make a potentially un-wise life-and-death decision. Based on that, you denounce the whole American system of justice? Doesn't seem very patriotic to me.
