I *think* (but not 100%) certain that the part of southern Lebanon (especially to the East) is actually quite decent land... And, have you ever scene where they build their "settlements"?? Please, they could live anywhere...
P.S. I didn't even know you had the pic. But yes, I love it. The story behind the banner is classic GWB. First, the White House didn't know about the banner. Then they knew the Navy did it. Not the White House. Then, they admit, the White House HAD IT MADE *FOR* the Navy, tho hang behind the President.
