Not a pro.. but I can try to answer a couple of questions.

#4 looks like its a plug with 3 fuses. Probably from someone's amp/sound system installation

The silver box does look like a cruise control amp. MY 190 doesn't have cruise, and the 3rd brake light looks different than yours.
