Dealer returns call at 4:00 p.m.and tells me car never hooked up to computer, and they couldn't duplicate alarm.

I had written a note about the tele-aid contacting me everytime the alarm goes off and the randomness of the problem.

Thought I was covering all my basis to help the tech as much as possible.

car is out of warranty approx three months, very few miles on car, and maintain it like an exotic.

This months Startech magazine had an article about the MB diagnostic computers, will re-read it this morning for fun.
