I busted my nice $400 titanium framed glasses in Tenn. a month ago. Great. On vacation in the middle of Tenn. and I break my glasses. BTW, I'm pretty much blind without them.

I ended up buying a new frame from the only place I could find: Walmart. I then took the frames to an independant shop and had the lenses put in for another $80.

All in all, less than $200 in Tenn vs. $400 in VA.

But the lady got my lenses wrong: they're off by at least 5 degress for the stagmatism (had 'em checked) in each eye, so while they're focues properly, they're still not right.

So now I have to get the lenses done all over again here in the DC area at these rididiculous prices!!
