hey everyone

can anyone tell me what this part is and what its function is?

Its a module on my cruise control in the 93 190E...I've never seen this before...(im used to w126's 1gen)

can anyone shed some light?

my cruise control works but it will not maintain for more than 5 seconds...I can use the "accel. set" to speed up the car but it wont hold the speed. If I press resume it will hold it for a very brief time and then release. Could this module be the culprit? Like I said, I have no idea what its function is...
