Ohhhh kay. Clear as mud, this is a tricky one. THINK I have it figured out though. Fairly sure the fuse holder is F22/1, it's used for the seat heaters. If I am correct it should be a 25 amp fuse, a white one is only 8 amps. You got seat heaters, and do they work? Acid test is this: Should have 2 wires (in and out) one is red, other is red with a white stripe. I see these colors in the pic you posted but hard to tell what combinations they are. I just see both red and white. I also see the number 5 label on one of the wires, unsure the significance of that, usually I would associate it with fuse #5, but I see no connection to F22/1 and fuse 5. If this all seems to be correct-sounding, I'd try popping in a 25 amp fuse. If you have spare fuses I think a 25 amp is blue.
