Seems a bit overpriced to me, what's KBB say? I know what you're saying about finding the combo you want though. Sounds like a fair deal (but not a GREAT deal) if the records on it are good. Course with the 104 you have to worry about the head gasket leaking and wiring harness problems (but that's about it for the common problems), but in general you're best off buying the LAST year of a particular model than the first year. 124's might be an exception to that, I think I'd find the last of the 103's (not that worthless first gen 4magic tho) or a CIS-E 104 coupe, I don't think they had 104 CIS sedans. Myself I'd skip from the 123 right to a 210.
