3.5 months until first snow. This month I promise I'm gonna up my training. Birkebeiner here we come!

Finished a triathlon yesterday. I let the mayor of Minneapolis beat me by a few seconds. The shame! If I had known I would have tried harder instead of chatting on the course with other people.
