The 1981 TD turbo diesel did not have a tach, also the speedometer ended at 85 mph. I think it looks OK, as for the suspension who knows how it has been level adjusted.
You know when it sits jacked up in rear the accumulators are shot, which doesn't appear to be the case here.
For what its worth I wouldn't sell my 81TD for 6K, and there are just so many left in decent condition.
