The WEB parts site here & at all of the other World Pac sites shows a 2.3 and 2.6 motor for a 190E for the 1991 model yr. Not sure about other years, so I wonder if your 2.0 motor is exclusive to Europe?

Anyway, the 2.3/2.6 1991 190E motor uses the same oil filter as the 1991 300-SEL sold in the U. S.

Air filter - that may be different - can't say. You could simply pull the cover off of your AF housing and see if it fits your 190E.
