Air filter - that may be different - can't say. You could simply pull the cover off of your AF housing and see if it fits your 190E.

the 2.0 is essentially the same as a US 2.3, and there was also a 1.8 offered(m102). The 1.8 and 2.0 were not offered in the US.
Problem is.. I'm at the moment in the US and my other car is in Europe. If it were near me, I'd have simply checked to see if it fit myself
So now I know the oil filter will fit... just need to find out about the air filter.
