OK... so you have never actually had it overheat then? It just freaks me out to no end... maybe I should just try to sit with it running in traffic and watch the needle... I'm just afraid it will get too high to the point that the defrost heat will not cool it down in time...

I should prob do a debug too... just for the hell of it.
