Buy the car. Enjoy it. I had a 1994 E320 for three years. Exterior was pearl black w/ two tone grey interior. These cars are in high demand in California. Know this. Put it on AutoTrader for the California market. You will get what you paid for it if not more. I traded mine in on a 2002 Jeep Cherokee Overland. Didn't work for me like I thought it would. Kept the Jeep 11 months all the while missing the Benz. Decided to trade up to a 126 with a unique find in Seattle with tons of receipts. Flew up and drove it the 700 miles home. Didn't have a CD changer in the trunk though. I found one on EBay for a couple of hundred.
