I thought my car needed a whole can but when filling it up the bubbles in the sight glass disappeared rather quickly and I had only put in about 1/3 can. I guess at 104 degrees maybe it was just hot.

I put the can in a zip-lock and sucked all the air out before sealing. I stuck it in my bedside beer fridge for fear of contaminating food in the family refrigerator. I just looked in there last night, and the zip-lock bag has puffed up a bit. I shook the can and it looks to be about 1/2 full now. I guess the fridge slows down the refrigerant leak but due to the very low boiling point of freon I probably really need to keep it in the chest freezer.
