Answered by the original poster from four years ago. Wow.

I don't quite have enough of the paste to lubricate everything.

I'm hoping someone will chime in with a good answer.

I have everything clean and ready to go back together, including the sunroof gearbox and a perfect used fiber gear.

The tube, teleflex cable, slides and even the wind deflector are all clean.

I still would like any input as to what to use for the teleflex and now since I'm at this point, gearbox too.

Thanks for the advice rs899, I'm shooting for reassembly tomorrow night so I'll see if anyone else has ideas.
