If the rotors have been recently replaced, then, presumably the correct job was done and the bearings were repacked.
Accordingly, the only other item that should be considered is the brake hoses. If they are original, then they are definitely trash, and, you'll need them in advance before you do the job.
The caliper bolts are on pretty tight. You'll need at least 18" to break them.
The retaining cap screws are are normally single use, and you could consider replacements, or, if they are in good shape, you can use a dab of Loctite on them when they go back together.
