I tend to agree. In light of the recent McKinney comments and various other comments from the black national caucus and others it's clear that there is a double standard at work here. Obviously the Democratic members of Congress can say many more deragatory things that denigrate entire members of cultures or races than can Republicans. It's just one of those unspoken understandings...
