TRY SHIFTING MANUALLY AND REPLY WITH THE RESULTS(THE OTHER GUY IS PROBABLY RIGHT,BUT THERE IS A SMALL CHANCE AN EXTERNAL INFLUENCE IS THE CAUSE..I.E BOWDEN CABLE:fork_off:
