Hi everyone.

I hate doing this but I have no choice.

A few months ago(june 19 to be exact)
a payment was made thru paypal for an
item I bought from JFMAN.(Luma Construction Inc., thats
where the payment went to).
To this day I still have not received said
item.
I have send him a few emails and PM'd him
a few times but no reply.
I understand from a previous post from
him that he is often away from home for
prolonged periods of time.
But this is just rediculous.
I know people have bought other items from
him and don't seem to have had a problem.
I tried to file a dispute thru paypal but they
said that my transaction didn't qualify.

It is only $25 but that is not the point, I
paid for something I didn't get.
I think I have been more that reasonable and
given this person plenty of time.

I guess that I can chalk this up to experience and
a lesson learned.
I am posting this just as a heads up.
Be carefull when dealing with this person.
