If the blower is actually drawing enough current to blow the 15 amp fuse, I would look at repairing/replacing the blower motor instead of installing a bigger fuse. High current draw from the blower (as well as the aux. water pump) has a tendency to toast the CCU. IMHO, this "fix" is not a good idea. Fix the problem, not the symptoms.
