You've replaced everything there is to replace. Maybe you got some bad parts. If there was previously no spark to #3 and replacing all the parts you replaced still provides no spark to #3, that is a very strange coincidence. Maybe there is no compression or fuel in #3 but there should be spark.
Attached pic shows how the 2.6 distributor is part of the head. There is no separate driveshaft for the distributor, the rotor is driven by the camshaft. I have to wonder how a shop could replace the rotor and cap and still fault the distributor.
Is there another shop that can check your car?
