If you are referring to your E420 the blower motor is under the right side dash,remove the coverings and locate the blue wire to the motor, provide ground to this connection (make sure the ground wire is large enough to carry 30 amps or you may be burned) If the motor runs the controller is probably bad, If the motor won't run then it's the motor.
