As mentioned via PM, it's the same wrench that Harbor Freight typically sells for $20.00. I use it all the time and it does the job for me.
Last Wednesday, I did need to use it in reverse to torque a fastener (an inside fastener that is facing the opposite direction). I had the couplings to engage the fastener but realized that the wrench will only provide a click in one direction.
